US sales teams that cold-call and cold-email at volume and want mobile numbers, not just emails
USA (Seamless Contacts, Inc., Ohio) and other countries; transfers from the EU under Standard Contractual Clauses "where applicable"; no customer DPA published
Prices in USD, excluding tax, as published on each vendor's pricing page. Checked 2 Nov 2026. Sources are listed in each review. The score weighs documented facts, not lab
tests — how it works.
How we review
A score that shows its working.
Five weighted criteria, each explained in one sentence, and every fact linked to the page it comes from — so you can check it yourself.
01
Read the vendor's own pages
Pricing page, terms of service, refund policy, privacy policy and data-processing agreement — not the marketing headline.
02
Write down the catch
Credit limits, video-length caps, per-seat pricing, refund conditions, missing DPAs. If the pricing page and the terms disagree, the review says so.
03
Date everything
AI pricing changes from one month to the next. Every review shows when it was last checked, and the vendor's page stays binding.
Five ways to find a prospect's work email from a LinkedIn profile, from free methods to email finders like Seamless.AI, plus what LinkedIn allows and where a cold B2B email is legal, by country.
Google's free Google Ads MCP server, Windsor.ai, Supermetrics or a CSV export: four ways to ask Claude or ChatGPT about your Google Ads and GA4 numbers, compared on setup, price, write access and where the data goes.
Meta's official ads MCP server (no fee during the beta), Windsor.ai, Pipeboard or a read-only data feed: four ways to manage Meta ads from Claude or ChatGPT, compared on setup, price, write access, safety rules and data.
The questions small businesses ask before paying for an AI tool.
Is bto.ai paid by the tools it reviews?
Some links are affiliate links: if you sign up through one, the vendor pays bto.ai a commission and you pay the same price. Vendors can also pay for a sponsored page, which is marked as sponsored at the top. No vendor can buy a better score, verdict or place in a ranking.
Which AI tool is best for a small business?
It depends on the job. For a support chatbot trained on your own help pages, Chatbase. For ready-made marketing and social-media assistants without writing prompts, Sintra AI. For captioned Reels, TikToks and Shorts, Submagic. For team tasks, docs and AI agents in one place, Taskade. For asking Claude or ChatGPT about your Google Ads, GA4 and Meta Ads data, Windsor.ai. For finding B2B emails and mobile numbers, Seamless.AI.
Can I use these AI tools under the GDPR?
Check two things: where the data is processed and whether the vendor signs a data-processing agreement (DPA). Chatbase includes a DPA with EU Standard Contractual Clauses, and so does Sintra; Submagic is a Paris-based company with only a short processor clause; Taskade states that it does not sign one. Windsor.ai includes a DPA with EU Standard Contractual Clauses in its terms and runs its servers in Germany. Without a DPA, keep customer personal data out of the tool. This is not legal advice.
How does bto.ai score AI tools?
Each tool gets a score from 1 to 5: a weighted average of value for money, features for small businesses, data protection in the EU, try-before-you-pay options and fair terms. Every rating is explained on the review page and based on the vendor's published prices, terms and data-processing documents — not on lab tests.
Are the prices on bto.ai up to date?
Every review shows the date of its last check — currently 13 October 2026. AI tools change prices often, so the vendor's pricing page is always the binding one.
Can I get a refund if a tool does not fit?
Rarely, for business customers. Chatbase, Submagic, Taskade and Windsor.ai state in their terms that fees are non-refundable; at Seamless.AI all sales are final and paid plans run 12 months. Sintra promises a full refund within 14 days on its pricing page, but its terms only cover proven faults. Use free plans and trials before you pay.
