B2B contact data and sales prospecting platform
Seamless.AI review
Promises work emails and mobile numbers in one click, also on LinkedIn profiles, but prices are only on request, every paid plan is a 12-month contract, and connected inboxes feed your contacts into the database.
Prices and terms checked against Seamless.AI's own pages — sources.
Pick Seamless.AI if…
- US sales teams that cold-call and cold-email at volume and want mobile numbers, not just emails
- SDRs who prospect on LinkedIn and want contact data in a sidebar instead of guessing email formats
- Teams that already work in Salesforce or HubSpot and want new contacts pushed straight into the CRM
Skip it if…
- Anyone who needs a published price before talking to sales — paid plans are quoted after a demo
- Buyers who want to cancel at any time — every paid plan is an annual contract that renews unless changed 60 days before
- EU businesses that would connect their mailbox or CRM — the terms let Seamless share those contacts with its users or the public
Seamless.AI — now often just called Seamless — is a B2B contact database with a search engine on top. You type a name, a job title or a company, or open a LinkedIn profile with its Chrome extension, and it returns work emails, mobile numbers and company data that you can push into your CRM. Behind it is Seamless Contacts, Inc. in Dublin, Ohio. The data comes from public websites and profiles, data providers, and the mailboxes and CRMs that its own customers connect.
How we checked Seamless.AI
Checked without an account on 2 November 2026: pricing page, terms of use and privacy policy (both updated 27 October 2026), the GDPR Article 14 notice, the Credit Back Protection terms, the help articles on cancelling and on the Chrome extension with LinkedIn, the Chrome Web Store listing and Trustpilot. The free sign-up page blocked our browser, so we have not run a search. How the methods compare for finding an email address is in our guide how to find someone’s work email from LinkedIn.
| Checked | What we found |
|---|---|
| Pricing page | No plans or prices, only “Get special pricing” and a demo form |
| Free account | Sign-up is free, the Chrome extension is free; the credit allowance is not stated on any page we could read |
| Credits | Each email or phone lookup uses credits; credits for invalid emails can be returned automatically, not for phone numbers |
| Contract | “All subscriptions for the Services are annual with monthly or annual billing cycles” (terms, §6) |
| Renewal | Renews for 12 months unless modified in the platform “no later than 60 days prior” to the renewal date |
| Refunds | “All sales are final”; a pro-rata refund only if Seamless itself ends the contract without your fault |
| Price changes | “The price change is effective immediately upon notice” |
| Late payment | 2% late fee, reporting to business credit bureaus and collections |
| Liability and disputes | Capped at $100; Ohio law, binding AAA arbitration, class-action waiver, 30-day opt-out |
| Your data | Data collected through the website, the Chrome extension and connected email, CRM or social accounts is “Submitted Data”; Seamless “will make available any contact-related information” in it “to our users or the public” under a perpetual license (terms, §8) |
| Where the data comes from | Public websites and profiles, customers’ connected accounts, browser plug-ins, data providers (Article 14 notice) |
| GDPR basics | Legitimate interests as legal basis; EU representative in Ireland, UK representative in Ely; Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers “where applicable” |
| Opt-out | Privacy Request Center to access, correct or delete your data; company records are not removed |
| Chrome extension | 4.2 out of 5 from 207 ratings, 80,000 users (Chrome Web Store, 2 November 2026) |
What it really costs
Seamless.AI publishes no prices, so we cannot give official cost examples. Third-party pricing guides from 2026 quote entry plans around $147 a user a month billed yearly, and Pro plans by quote; we could not confirm any of these figures on Seamless.AI’s own pages. What the terms do settle is the shape of the bill:
| Question | Answer from the terms |
|---|---|
| Can I pay month to month? | You can be billed monthly, but the contract runs 12 months |
| When must I cancel? | In the platform, at least 60 days before the renewal date |
| What if I miss that date? | The contract renews for another 12 months |
| Can I get money back? | No, all sales are final |
| Can the price go up? | Yes, effective upon notice |
Before you sign, ask sales for three things in writing: the number of credits a month, what one credit buys (an email, a phone number or both), and the exact renewal date. Put a reminder in your calendar about 75 days before that date.
What users report
Seamless.AI has 1.2 out of 5 from 315 reviews on Trustpilot (checked 2 November 2026): 83% one-star, 12% five-star. The complaints are about contracts that renewed automatically, cancellation requests that came too late or were not accepted, slow billing support and email addresses that bounced. The profile shows that Seamless.AI has not replied to negative reviews. The Chrome extension scores 4.2 out of 5 from 207 ratings in the Chrome Web Store, so people who use it daily seem far happier than people who try to leave. We could not read Seamless.AI’s G2 page for this check.
Seamless.AI and the GDPR
Seamless.AI sells access to business contact data, so three different GDPR questions apply.
If you buy it: the contacts you download are personal data, and you become responsible for using them lawfully. Seamless.AI’s Article 14 notice covers its own processing; it does not give you permission to email anyone. Whether a cold email is allowed depends on the recipient’s country — our guide has a table by region. No customer data-processing agreement is published, and data is stored in the USA.
If you connect your mailbox or CRM: the terms call everything collected through the website, the Chrome extension and connected accounts “Submitted Data”. Seamless.AI “will make available any contact-related information” in it to its users or the public, and you grant it a perpetual license. For an EU business, sharing customers’ and partners’ details with a US contact-data provider needs a lawful basis, information for the people concerned and a transfer safeguard — hard to document for a whole mailbox. Our advice: leave the email and CRM integrations switched off.
If your own details are in Seamless.AI: use its Privacy Request Center to see, correct or delete them, or write to privacy@seamlessleads.com or the EU representative at eurep@itgovernance.eu.
This is not legal advice.

- Data from the Chrome extension and connected email or CRM accounts is "Submitted Data" that Seamless may make available "to our users or the public" under a perpetual license
- Trustpilot score of 1.2 out of 5, with most complaints about renewals, cancellation and data quality
How Seamless.AI scores
2.5 / 5
- Value for money Weight 25% 2.0 / 5 No public price for any paid plan; quotes come after a demo, and even monthly billing sits inside a 12-month contract.
- Features for small businesses Weight 25% 4.0 / 5 Emails, mobile numbers, Chrome extension for LinkedIn, CRM integrations, enrichment, job changes and buyer intent in one tool.
- Data protection (EU) Weight 20% 2.0 / 5 Article 14 notice and EU representative exist, but data sits in the USA, no customer DPA is published and connected contacts are shared.
- Try before you pay Weight 15% 3.0 / 5 Free sign-up and a free Chrome extension, but the credit allowance is not published and the account type is decided by sales.
- Fair terms Weight 15% 1.0 / 5 Annual contract with automatic 12-month renewal, 60-day cancellation window, all sales final, $100 liability cap, Ohio arbitration.
The score weighs documented facts — prices, plan limits, terms and the vendor's data-processing documents as of 2 Nov 2026. It is not a lab test. How the score works.

Questions
Seamless.AI: common questions
How much does Seamless.AI cost?
Seamless.AI does not publish prices for its paid plans. The pricing page is a demo request form, and the plan, credits and users are set in an order form. Every paid plan is an annual contract, billed monthly or yearly. There is a free sign-up with a small, unpublished credit allowance.
Is Seamless.AI free?
You can sign up for free, and the Chrome extension is free to install. Each email or phone lookup uses credits, and Seamless.AI does not publish how many credits the free account includes. Third-party reviews report anything from 50 one-time credits to 1,000 credits a year.
How do I cancel Seamless.AI?
An admin or owner must submit the subscription modification request on the billing page at least 60 days before the renewal date. Otherwise, the annual contract renews for another 12 months. All sales are final, so set a reminder about 75 days before your renewal date and keep a written confirmation.
Is Seamless.AI legit?
Yes, it is a real company, Seamless Contacts, Inc. in Dublin, Ohio, with a working product. Its Trustpilot score is 1.2 out of 5 from 315 reviews, mostly about automatic renewals, cancellation and bad data, while its Chrome extension has 4.2 out of 5 from 207 ratings.
Is Seamless.AI GDPR compliant?
Seamless.AI publishes a GDPR Article 14 notice, names an EU representative in Ireland and relies on legitimate interests. Data is stored in the USA, transfers use Standard Contractual Clauses where required, and no customer DPA is published. Whether you may email a contact is a separate question that depends on the recipient's country. This is not legal advice.
