AI ad creative generator

AdCreative.ai review

Broad AI ad studio for banners, product photos, videos and ad copy, but the trial bills itself unless you cancel in time, unused credits expire and the terms leave refunds to the vendor's discretion.

Prices and terms checked against AdCreative.ai's own pages — sources.

Pick AdCreative.ai if…

  • Shops and agencies that need many ad sizes and variations for Meta, Google, LinkedIn or Pinterest every month
  • Teams without a designer who want banners, product photos and short video ads from one brand setup
  • Agencies with several brands that can use the 300 monthly credits of the Professional plan

Skip it if…

  • A small business that runs one or two ads a month — general image and design tools may be enough, without a yearly prepayment
  • Anyone who forgets to cancel trials — the 7-day trial needs a card and turns into a paid plan automatically
  • Buyers who need a guaranteed refund — the terms grant refunds only at the vendor's discretion, and only if you did not use the service

AdCreative.ai generates ad creatives — banners in many sizes, product photoshoots, short video ads, UGC-style clips and ad copy — from your website, logo and brand colours. It connects to Meta, Google, LinkedIn and Pinterest ad accounts. The company behind it, ADYOUNEED SAS in Paris, was founded in 2021; the ad-tech group Appier announced its purchase in February 2025.

How we checked AdCreative.ai

Checked without an account on 2 November 2026: the plans on the homepage (there is no separate pricing page), the terms of service updated 19 December 2025, the refund page, the privacy policy, the legal notice, the help centre articles on trial, cancellation and ad accounts, and the reviews on Trustpilot. We have not generated an ad with it, so the score covers prices, features, terms and data protection, not the quality of the ads. How AdCreative.ai compares with free options is in our guide best AI ad generator: free and paid tools compared.

Checked What we found
Prices Only on the homepage, with monthly, quarterly and yearly billing; quarterly and yearly are paid in advance
Brand limits The same page shows “10 Brands” and “Brand Limit: 3” for Professional, and “25 Brands” and “Brand Limit: 5” for Ultimate. Ask before you buy
Price display The Ultimate section says “$599 a month” next to the $999 price. Confirm the amount at checkout
What a credit is “Virtual credits … enabling them to generate or download their Project” (terms, §1.3). How many credits a banner, photo or video costs is not documented in the help centre
Unused credits “Will not be transferred to the following month” (terms, §4.6)
Trial 7 days, 20 credits, “the exact same access as our Pro plan”; a card is required; “your subscription will automatically renew under the same plan” if you do not cancel. Note which plan and price checkout shows
Reminder The homepage promises “We’ll remind you before trial ends”; we could not check whether the email arrives
Cancellation Settings › Account › Cancel My Subscription; the terms mention “seven (7) days before the end date” of a monthly cycle and 30 days before a yearly renewal
Refunds “No right of withdrawal”; refunds “at its sole discretion” for customers “who subscribed but did not use the Service” (terms, §4.7)
Contradiction A help article promises “a 100% refund policy within 7 days of the charge” for monthly plans; the terms are stricter
AI training Anonymized user data, including from connected Google and Meta ad accounts, trains its AI; consent can be withdrawn by email
Data location AWS in Ireland; some sub-processors outside the EU; no public DPA found
Law Singapore law and arbitration for contracts with ADYOUNEED SAS
Creative scoring Claims “over 90% accuracy” in predicting which ads perform better; no method or benchmark published

What it really costs

Prices as shown on the homepage on 2 November 2026. Credits expire at the end of each month, so buy for your real monthly volume.

Scenario Plan Monthly Quarterly Yearly
Small shop, one brand, a few campaigns Starter, 20 credits $39 $29 a month $20 a month ($240 in advance)
Shop testing many variations Starter, 120 credits $189 $145 a month $95 a month ($1,140 in advance)
Agency or in-house team, several brands Professional, 300 credits $249 $185 a month $125 a month ($1,500 in advance)
Agency, more brands and users Ultimate, 300 credits $999 $749 a month $500 a month ($6,000 in advance)

Starter looks cheap at $20 a month, but only on a yearly prepayment of $240 — and with no right of withdrawal, that is a year-long commitment. Monthly billing costs almost twice as much. Use the trial to count how many credits one finished campaign uses, then decide.

What users report

AdCreative.ai has 3.5 out of 5 from 4,637 reviews on Trustpilot (checked 2 November 2026): 56% five-star, 32% one-star. The one-star reviews repeat three points: a charge after the trial, a cancellation that was hard to find or did not take effect, and refunds that took a long time. A 2023 Medium post describes an unexpected $249 charge after a trial; we have not verified the individual case. User reviews are anecdotal, but they match what the terms allow: the trial renews automatically, and refunds are at the vendor’s discretion.

Is AdCreative.ai worth it?

It can be, for a shop or agency that needs many ad sizes and variations every month: banners, product photos, video and copy come under one subscription, and Professional costs $125 a month billed yearly for 300 credits. For a small business with one or two campaigns a month, probably not: Starter’s 20 credits are a small budget, and general image and design tools may be enough for the occasional banner. We did not test the app, so we cannot say how far 20 credits go. The creative score is a prediction; only an A/B test in your ad account tells you which ad wins.

Change log

  • 2 November 2026: First review. Plans, terms, refund page, privacy policy, help centre and Trustpilot checked.

Why credit-based AI plans are hard to compare is in AI credits explained; what to check before customer data goes into a tool, in AI tools and the GDPR.

What works

  • Banners, product photoshoots, video ads, UGC-style videos and ad copy are all offered in one subscription
  • Connects any number of Meta, Google, LinkedIn and Pinterest ad accounts, according to the help centre
  • Brand setup imports logo, colours and fonts from your website, according to the homepage
  • Every plan lists "All AI Assets Unlocked" and "Unlimited Photos by iStock"
  • Quarterly billing is about 25% cheaper than monthly, yearly about 50% (paid in advance)
  • Data is stored on AWS servers in Ireland, according to the privacy policy

What to watch

  • The 7-day trial needs a card and converts to a paid plan automatically
  • Unused credits expire at the end of each month
  • No right of withdrawal; refunds only at the vendor's discretion and only if you did not use the service
  • The help centre does not say how many credits a banner, photo or video uses
  • The privacy policy says anonymized user data, including from connected ad accounts, trains its AI; opting out takes an email
  • We found no public data processing agreement, and the privacy policy still cites the defunct Privacy Shield
  • Trustpilot 3.5 from 4,637 reviews, with recurring complaints about charges after the trial and slow refunds

Questions

AdCreative.ai: common questions

Is AdCreative.ai legit?

Yes, it is a real product. It is run by ADYOUNEED SAS in Paris, and the ad-tech company Appier announced in February 2025 that it was buying it for up to $38.7 million. The recurring complaints on Trustpilot are about billing — charges after the free trial, cancellation and slow refunds — so cancel before the trial ends if you do not want a paid plan.

How much does AdCreative.ai cost per month?

Starter costs $39 a month, $29 a month billed quarterly or $20 a month billed yearly ($240 in advance), for 20 credits and one brand. Professional is $249, $185 or $125 a month for 300 credits. Ultimate is $999, $749 or $500 a month. Prices as shown on the homepage on 2 November 2026; confirm the amount at checkout.

Is AdCreative.ai free?

No. There is a 7-day free trial with 20 credits, but it needs a credit card and turns into a paid subscription automatically unless you cancel before it ends. There is no free plan.

How do I cancel AdCreative.ai?

In the app, open Settings, then the Account tab, click Cancel My Subscription, fill in the form, type CONFIRM and click Proceed with Cancellation. The plan stays active until the end of the billing period. The terms link cancellation to "seven (7) days before the end date" of a monthly cycle and 30 days before a yearly renewal; the wording is unclear, so cancel early and keep the confirmation.

Do unused AdCreative.ai credits roll over?

No. The terms say credits not used during the month "will not be transferred to the following month". Extra credits can be bought, but they expire the same way.

How many credits does one ad use on AdCreative.ai?

The help centre does not say. The terms only define credits as what lets you "generate or download" a project. Watch your balance during the trial before you choose a plan size.

Can I get a refund from AdCreative.ai?

Only if AdCreative.ai agrees. The terms rule out a right of withdrawal and allow refunds at the vendor's discretion to customers who did not use the service, requested in writing within 7 days for monthly or 30 days for yearly plans. A help article promises a 100% refund in that window; the terms are stricter. Approved refunds take about 2 to 3 weeks.

Does AdCreative.ai use my data to train its AI?

Yes. The privacy policy says anonymized user data is used to improve and train its AI systems, including data from connected Google and Meta ad accounts. You can withdraw consent by email.
