Marketing data connector for AI chats and dashboards
Windsor.ai review
The cheapest way to put Google Ads, GA4 and Meta Ads data into Claude or ChatGPT — with a free plan for one account — but the AI can also change your campaigns, and the terms rule out every refund.
Prices and terms checked against Windsor.ai's own pages — sources.
Pick Windsor.ai if…
- Small businesses and freelancers who want to ask Claude or ChatGPT about their own Google Ads, GA4 or Meta Ads numbers
- Agencies with many client accounts on few platforms — Basic covers 75 accounts across 3 data sources for $19 a month billed yearly
- Teams that also want Looker Studio, Google Sheets or Power BI reports from the same connection
Skip it if…
- Anyone who wants an AI chat that can only read — the connector can also pause campaigns and change budgets, so tool permissions need care
- Shops with 4 to 7 data sources on a small budget — the next step after Basic is Standard at $99 a month billed yearly
- Buyers who want a refund option — the terms say "all sales are final", including prepaid monthly fees
Windsor.ai pulls data from more than 350 marketing, analytics, sales and shop platforms — Google Ads, GA4, Meta Ads, Shopify, HubSpot and so on — and sends it to reports in Looker Studio, Google Sheets or Power BI, to a database, or straight into an AI chat such as Claude or ChatGPT. Windsor Group AG is based in Switzerland and part of the team.blue group.
How we checked Windsor.ai
Checked without an account on 2 November 2026: pricing page and its 20 FAQ answers, terms of service with the DPA, privacy statement, security page, sub-processor list, the setup guide for Claude and the public reference of the Windsor.ai MCP server, which lists every tool the AI can call. We have not connected an ad account. How we would use it is in our guide Google Ads MCP: connect Google Ads to Claude or ChatGPT.
| Checked | What we found |
|---|---|
| Pricing page | Six plans from free to Enterprise; every connector and destination on every plan, no premium connectors |
| What counts | A data source is a platform (Google Ads); an account is one ID in it (one ad account, one GA4 property). Facebook Ads, Facebook Pages and Instagram are three sources |
| AI chats | Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini and Perplexity are destinations, not data sources, so they do not use up the plan’s limits |
| Write access | The AI can create, pause and enable campaigns, set budgets and bids and push negative keywords in Google Ads; pause, enable and budgets on TikTok, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads; posts on Instagram and Google Business Profile |
| Safeguard | Windsor’s server reference tells the AI to “confirm intent with the user” before a write action; the Claude setup guide still suggests “Always allow” |
| Plan changes | Prorated both ways; a downgrade applies at once and the rest becomes account credit, not money back |
| Refunds | “All sales are final, and Windsor.ai will not issue refunds, including for prepaid monthly fees” (terms, §5) |
| Price changes | Fees can change “at any time” after notice on the service or otherwise |
| Liability | Capped at 100 euros; Swiss law, arbitration in Zurich |
| Data processing | DPA is Annex 1 of the terms; EU SCCs or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework for transfers |
| Hosting and retention | Servers in Germany; data cached in memory up to 24 hours and on disk until 20 days without access; no backups of customer data |
| Sub-processors | 15 listed: Hetzner (Germany), Google Cloud (USA and Germany), Cloudflare (logs in the USA), SendGrid, HotJar and ad platforms in the USA |
| Group sharing | Contact, user and billing data may be shared with the parent company team.blue for reporting and marketing statistics |
| Certifications | SOC 2 Type II, report downloadable from the security page |
| API limits | 600 requests a minute, 10,000 a day |
What it really costs
Official prices before tax, as of 2 November 2026. The AI chat itself — your Claude or ChatGPT plan — is not included.
| Scenario | What you connect | Plan | Monthly billing | Yearly billing |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Freelancer, one ad account in Claude | Google Ads, 1 account | Free | $0 | $0 |
| Small business, ads and website data | Google Ads, GA4, Meta Ads | Basic | $23 | $19 a month |
| Shop with email and store data | Google Ads, GA4, Meta Ads, Shopify, Klaviyo | Standard | $118 | $99 a month |
| Agency, 20 clients on three platforms | 60 accounts across Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4 | Basic | $23 | $19 a month |
| Agency, 40 clients on three platforms | 120 accounts | Plus | $299 | $249 a month |
The jump from three to four data sources is the expensive step: it moves you from $19 to $99 a month. Agencies, on the other hand, get far more on Basic than at most competitors, because 75 accounts and unlimited users are included.
What users report
Windsor.ai has 3.6 out of 5 from 85 reviews on Trustpilot (checked 2 November 2026): 57% five-star, 31% one-star, little in between. The praise is about quick setup and fast fixes for connector problems. Of the 9 one-star reviews among the 20 most recent, 7 are about billing — automatic renewals, an upgrade charged by mistake, refunds refused even after cancelling within a day — and 7 also criticise support. Windsor.ai replied to most of them. That matches the terms: there is no refund window, so set a reminder before the trial or a yearly plan renews. We could not read Windsor.ai’s G2 page for this check.

Prices from each vendor’s pricing page on 2 November 2026. Google’s servers are the free choice if you only need Google data and are comfortable with a terminal. How the four compare for one concrete job is in our guide Google Ads MCP: connect Google Ads to Claude or ChatGPT. For Meta ads alone, Meta now runs its own free MCP server in open beta; how it compares with Windsor.ai is in our guide Meta Ads MCP: connect Facebook and Instagram ads to Claude or ChatGPT.
Change log
- 2 November 2026: First review. Prices, terms, DPA, security page, sub-processors and MCP server reference checked.
Why usage-based AI bills are hard to predict is in AI credits explained; what to check before customer data goes into a tool, in AI tools and the GDPR.
What works
- Free plan keeps one data source and one account connected after the trial
- All 350+ connectors and every destination, including the Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot connectors, on every plan
- Unlimited users from the $19 Basic plan; 75 accounts can be spread across the 3 data sources
- Servers in Germany (Hetzner); data is only cached, up to about three weeks, and kept out of backups
- DPA with EU Standard Contractual Clauses is part of the terms; SOC 2 Type II report is downloadable
- Prorated upgrades and downgrades; the pricing page explains each case with a worked example
What to watch
- The AI connector can pause campaigns, change budgets and push negative keywords — Windsor's own setup guide suggests "Always allow"
- No refunds — the terms say "all sales are final", including prepaid monthly fees
- Liability capped at 100 euros; disputes go to arbitration in Zurich
- The free plan and the trial only reach back 30 days, too little for a year-on-year comparison
- Basic allows 3 data sources; a fourth means Standard at $99 a month billed yearly
How Windsor.ai scores

Questions
Windsor.ai: common questions
Is Windsor.ai free?
Yes, with limits. After a 30-day trial with 10 data sources, the free plan keeps 1 user, 1 data source and 1 account, with data from the last 30 days. No credit card is needed. Paid plans start at $19 a month billed yearly.
Is Windsor.ai worth it?
For asking Claude or ChatGPT about up to three ad and analytics platforms, yes. The free plan covers one data source, and Basic at $19 a month billed yearly covers three with 75 accounts, well below Supermetrics. It is less attractive if you need four or more sources on a small budget, or want a refund option, which the terms rule out.
Is Windsor.ai safe to use?
The company is real and established (Windsor Group AG, part of team.blue), and it publishes a DPA, a security page and its sub-processors. The main risk is write access. The connector can change campaigns, so set its write tool to ask for approval, or connect a Google Ads user with read-only access.
Does Windsor.ai work with Claude and ChatGPT?
Yes. Windsor.ai is listed in the Claude connector directory and available as a ChatGPT app, and it works with Copilot, Gemini, Perplexity and other MCP clients. The AI connectors are included on every plan, including the free one.
Can Claude change my Google Ads campaigns through Windsor.ai?
Yes. The connector can create, pause and enable campaigns, set budgets and bids, and push negative keywords in Google Ads, and similar actions exist for Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads. Set the write tool to ask for approval in Claude instead of "Always allow".
Where does Windsor.ai store my data?
On servers in Germany, according to Windsor.ai. Data is only cached for up to about three weeks and kept out of backups. Some sub-processors for CDN logs, email and marketing are in the USA; transfers run under EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Can I get a refund from Windsor.ai?
No. The terms say "all sales are final" and rule out refunds, including for prepaid monthly fees. Cancelling stops the next renewal; a yearly plan is not refunded for the remaining months.
