Tasks, docs, AI agents and no-code client portals in one tool at a flat price for up to 10 people — but Taskade does not sign a DPA, which rules it out for many EU businesses handling customer data.
Twelve ready-made AI "helpers" for marketing, social media and admin at one low price — but every plan has the same 250 monthly credits, and the refund promise on the pricing page is narrower in the terms.

It depends on the job. For a support chatbot trained on your own help pages, Chatbase (score 3.6). For captioned short-form video, Submagic (3.6). For tasks, docs and AI agents for a small team at one flat price, Taskade (3.4). For ready-made marketing assistants, Sintra AI (2.7).
Taskade has a free plan, but it includes no monthly AI credits; its Pro plan is $10 a month billed yearly for up to 10 users. Submagic starts at $12 a month billed yearly per member, Sintra AI at $15.60 a month on a 12-month term, and Chatbase at $32 a month billed yearly.
Only where the vendor signs a data-processing agreement (DPA). Chatbase includes one with EU Standard Contractual Clauses, and Submagic, a Paris company, uses them too. Taskade states that it does not sign a DPA, and Sintra documents none. This is not legal advice.
